Sometimes we all need a little extra motivation. #fitmo
I have been so down lately, they say bad news comes in threes and boy is that as true as ever. Also, with it being the holiday season, I am having a hard time saying no to pies, stuffing, and other things I shouldn't be eating.. everyday. I haven't gone to the gym in the longest time since I started losing weight. I need to get my self out of this. I wanted to blog about it because I think this is such a common problem. And sometimes I just need motivation from someone else or get myself to stop feeling sorry for my self. I have had some tough times this past week and year.. but I just remind myself that other people have it way worse. It is -34 today and I have a roof over my head, which is more than too many can say. I'm physically able to work out and go do it, which is more than many others can say. So it is time to stop making excuses, stop feeling sorry for my self, stop binging on cakes and pies and GET BACK TO THE GYM!... and YOU TOO!
