Some Fitness Motivation for the New Year
I woke up today and my biceps are insanely sore.. and to me, there is no better feeling.
It feels so good to eat healthy and work out. It literally puts a new energy and new sense of self back into my body and soul.. and I want everyone to feel that feeling. The hardest part is just getting started, but trust after a week or two you will love the feeling of a healthier and happier you and you wont want to let some candy or french fries get in the way of that. Also, when you find the right meal plan that you still can have carbs and things like peanut butter or nuts, those act as your sweets cravings. That is why I love my Portion Fix Container system from Beachbody. But you will find what work outs are best for you and it will be fun picking out fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains (at least I do). I hope the motivation of feeling happier and more energized and just looking good in the mirror is that motivation you need to get your butt in gear.
If you're looking for some different workouts to try .. I would look into getting the all-access beachbody on demand (with or without shakeology). You can try yoga, Pilates, weight lifting, cardio, HIIT, anything you want, you have access to.
