HIIT Treadmil Training and Biceps


Yesterday I tried a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine on the treadmill I got from my Muscle and Fitness Hers. It definitely kicks your butt! But I loved the workout I got from it. It pushes your limits but allows for your skills and endurance level to dictate the exact pace you keep.  Before I did my HIIT training I did 3 bicep workouts.  Dumbbell curls, standing one arm curls from the side  with the cables, and curls with the easy bar.

Update: Since I started counting my macros, I can tell that it is going to be better for me, I am seeing results from it.
