Back and Ab Workout
Today I did a back and ab workout with a bit of heavier weights.
Workout
First I started with super-setting 3 of 10 bent over rows with one arm rows.
Next I did 3 sets of 10 dumbbell pullovers (pictured below).
Then I did 3 of 10 lat pull downs and then 3 of 10 seated rows (pictured below).
I finished back with doing as many pull ups without assistance as I could. I am still working on my pull up form and strength so it wasn't many at all.

Finally I finished with abs. I super-setted 3 sets of 30 each of bicycle crunches and the side-to-side movement with the weighted ball.
I also then did 17 minutes on the treadmill at an incline while reading my book. =]
The outfit: is new from old navy, both the black hooded long sleeve and the mint green shorts. Both were very comfortable and light.

| Form isn't great here because I was trying to get back in time for the photo, you want to make sure your legs are at a 90 degree angle and keep your butt up with abs in. |
