Healthy Breakfast Options
So a friend asked me what I do for breakfast the other day, so I thought I would share with everyone some healthy breakfast options.
If I workout early in the morning (5 am),
I generally will have a shakeology shake with some sort for fruit serving, 4 ice cubes, and 8 oz of water or almond milk.

I saw this breakfast sandwich that I am going to try. It is a good option for when I am running late to class and need something good but quick.

- I have my mint-chocolate chip protein JYM powder. I blended it with a banana and almond milk ad that was amazing too.
- 2 eggs with a side of sauteed spinach or broccoli.
- A Greek Yogurt with blueberries or strawberries and coconut flakes.
- A protein waffle with honey or almond butter and a side of strawberries
