Healthy Breakfast Options

So a friend asked me what I do for breakfast the other day, so I thought I would share with everyone some healthy breakfast options.

If I workout early in the morning (5 am),
I generally will have a shakeology shake with some sort for fruit serving, 4 ice cubes, and 8 oz of water or almond milk.
 Or
  • I have my mint-chocolate chip protein JYM powder.  I blended it with a banana and almond milk ad that was amazing too.
If I do not workout in the morning I have any of these options:
  • 2 eggs with a side of sauteed spinach or broccoli.
  • A Greek Yogurt with blueberries or strawberries and coconut flakes. 
  • A protein waffle with honey or almond butter and a side of strawberries
I like to have a smaller breakfast because I like to space out my meals so that I never let myself get hungry.  If I get hungry then I can not stop eating or I am so hungry that I need to settle for something quick that really isn't healthy or going to fit in my counts.

I saw this breakfast sandwich that I am going to try.  It is a good option for when I am running late to class and need something good but quick.
