Blueberry-Vanilla Shakeogology

I made a shake to help get those blueberry super foods in! It is simple and easy.

-not everything I put in you have to put in, a lot is for amino acids and energy.

Recipe 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or water, or coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp bee pollen granules (amino acids and energy)
  • 1 tsp maca powder (hormone balance and energy)
  • 1 chopped date (for sweetness)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • a peach activa yogurt (for probiotic)
  • and VANILLA SHAKEOLOGY =]

Then just blend until a good consistency for your enjoyment.
