Day 7- Wild Salmon
Serving Suggestion: fish two to four times a week
  • best source of omega 3 fatty acids, which helps prevent disease 
  • I hope you do know that their are healthy fats- the kinds in olive oil and nuts and peanut butters and stuff. 
  • this whole chapter basically talks about the benefits of the omega 3's in general and from salmon, I do not want to lecture you but if you really want to know in depth you can look the benefits up.  
  • Salmon also has a good source of vitamin D. 

How to eat
  • salmon in salad
  • salmon burgers
  • salmon steaks, i love it with asparagus 
  • I season salmon with olive oil, garlic, and lemon
